Morning, midday, and evening group fitness sessions are available Monday through Friday. On Saturday, lift your intensity, and have a ball with other members in our Team Day! With up to 29 classes to choose from weekly. You choose whichever sessions fit your schedule every week.

Build your strength and tone up with our full-body (lower-body focused) sessions. Combining a range of movements to improve your daily function and total body strength.
We'll build you up, and as your confidence grows, so will your strength.

Tuesday: 5am | 6am | 7am | 5pm | 6pm
Build your strength and tone up with our full-body (upper-body focused) sessions. Combining a range of movements to improve your daily function and total body strength.
We'll teach you the fundamentals, and build your strength.
CONDITIONING
Wednesday: 5am | 6am | 7am | 12pm | 5pm | 6pm
Sweat and get ‘cardio fit’, with these high-intensity workouts, that improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
